Home page welcome html show background stripes

Hello.
I am making a welcome message for my home page forum but when I post the html code , it show brown stripes as background with the images on top.

I try to make an html page before but the same happen.

I try many things but they didn't work.
I Make the welcome message in:
1- Dreamwaver
2- notepad
3- direct from the administrator panel in html and in Image but never work.

I don't understand why that brown stripe have to show in the background of my html.
Please help me on this one.

I solve the problem.
(DO NOT USE TABLES , THEY WILL SHOW STRIPES IN THE BACKGROUND)
