how can i move lastest topic to the left side the word censoring.

Use widgets if you want.

Just go to:

AP - Modules - forum widgets management - Add in the column left.

The whole word censoring part kind of through me for a loop?so I'm not sure what he is asking?

okay i still having problems doing that if i move it to the left it wont show the background if it on the right it would take a look btmnv.forumotion.com
