I would like to know if I can and if so how to do this....

Somewhere on my forum I would like to add an option which lets members tell their friends about us, by clicking a link, putting in their friends email address to send them our website link!! Hope this makes sense !!!

Can you please help !!!!

It is in Spanish because I'm from colombia.

But many more do not want the Spanish =P
