Animated nav bar

Im sorry for not doing the thing but i dont know how many pixels and im on the wii-net so i cant copy nad paste.

I need something that will look good and is animated for my nav bar, my forum has alot of animated things so i need that animated too. I wouls also like to change the reply buttond and new thread buttons if thats possible. please and thank you
EDIT: I also want the buttons and nav bar around the same size i dont like big nav bars.
