Reputation Issue Empty Reputation Issue

I have an issue with one of my members not being able to see the reputation +/-. I asked for his permission to take a look for myself (I can always see it) and he was right. As a user he cannot see this in the posts, and I need to know if there's something that could be disallowing this for him. All of my other members appear to have no problem with it.

You can not single out one person, tell him to clean his cache, and try a diferent browser.

No, you see I got on his account myself with his permission and it doesn't work when I'm on it either. It's not his browser.

Man, I know how to activate reputation. It's already activated and working in messages and on the profiles for all of my users except this one.
