Hi New Here With A Quick Question

I'm Trying To Change The Online Pic Under buttons In Picture Management But When I Change It The Original Online Pic Is Still There

Is There Something More I need To Do?

yes is did The Pic I Saved Is In The Buttons box Under Pic Management But Not Displaying In Teh forums

Is This A CSS Issue?
