Character Sheet tutorial (for RPGs)

Hi, I've seen several people queries about RPG. it is detailed and quite clear.
However, Can I safely say (This is what interpreted it as)
My forum is about an idol boyband-Fahrenheit
and my members will have different positions once they reach a number of posts~???

eg. Baby Fan -1-50posts
Child fan - 51-150
so on~

Can actifforum have too?

And other forums, the admin can kinda minus points from a member if he/she does something wrongly, like spamming etc~
Can this forum do so too?

mm..well, the sheet i think it migjt beuseful in having more fields to contain more data about members..but exactellu like whatu said i think that they r using mods...and it's not possible to install mods here

Anyone knows of any forum using RPG or character sheet ?
Can I view it to see what it is exactly like?
