Admin sad again

My friend and i have a forum. Shes Admin. Now she does not know how to act like an Admin. I'm going to send her a PM about what Admins do and dont so but im stuck at 6. Can anyone give me some things an Admin should do and not do?

Heres wat i have:

1. Be friendly to everyone, even if you dont like them.

2. Dont put someone in a usergroup unless they earn it.

3. If an officer is already handling a problem in a post, dont butt in and try to take over.
4. Never say where you or anyone else lives. Don't tell your street address or phone number either.
5. Be sure to follow your own rules; read them a few times to get to know them.

Does she really need a fucking manual to know how to act as an admin ? She never saw ANY admin on ANY other forum or community ? Nothing ? No clue ? Bells aren't ringing ?

Admin should act something like Caihlem if you ask me...

Taro, we know you have problems around you but others are not all happy either
your tone needs to be corrected , i would like you to look into this seriously or else you will end up being banned
I mean to say the same thing could have been said more politely

And seriously blogger, how old are you? I take that as under 6 years old, as anyone older wouldn't spaz out over a simple swear word.

If the Admin doesn't know what to do DON'T give he/she the spot. You need someone can knows how to do it and that can help you when needed. Because if something big happens and he/she does't know what to do well you are on your own.

As toro's case he already had 3 reminders about being rude around the forum and it makes an Offical Warning so its not just one curse word and you get a warning.

This is really not the right topic for the GD and I can already see this as a starter for a Flame War. Therefore I will lock this topic.
