skin problem Empty skin problem

I downloaded the pro night skin for pph3. At the bottom of the page though the administration panel isn't showing.I cannot access admin panel unless, I change the skin again.I really like the pro night,but will not be able to use it if there is no way around this.

That worked but its kind of a pain in the hiney to have to go that route with this skin.Any way around it?If not I will have to use a different skin.

That's all you can do until the creator of that skin can fix the CSS issue or if you get a new skin, sorry.
