contact form page Anonymous

I am co admin of http://mutualsupport.englishboards.com.
We, the admins, have been sent an email which starts like this

Hello ***** [my forum name on that forum],



Here is the message sent by the contact form page Anonymous of "Supportive Community" - http://mutualsupport.englishboards.com.



Message subject : [Contact] *********** [edited out. the people who wrote us]



Message content :



Dear website manager,



There is a post on your website listing contact details of various mental health resources from the user **** ....... and the message goes on.

Now my question is... how was this message sent to me? It says via 'contact form page Anonymous' but I cant find that on our forum?!
They must have sent it via a form otherwise it wouldnt have ended up in my inbox as I dont give my email address to anyone.
Does anyone know where this contact form page Anonymous is on my forum?

Think I found it.... is it the link 'contact' at the bottom of page?

correct. seems like some sort of spam that was sent too? not sure.
