Allow HTML in Login Message?

I use to have a Login Ads service on my forum a while back ago, and I found out only BBCode works for it. How about allowing us to use HTML and possibly CSS as well?

By the way, some people are calling the Login message a pop-up when it's actually a floating message. Just mentioning that ftw.
