Help me with announcements on all pages

Allright I know what means scrolling announcements but I don't like them...

I want to post something on forum with a large text and with the announcement tag and I want it to appear on all forums not only in the forum that was created...

For exemple I post a topic with "Forum information" title (for my forum) and I put the announcement tag... I want it to appear not only in the announcement section/forum, I want it on all forums and pages so who is reading some topics on a Offtopic forum he will se the new announcement in top of all topics...

How I said I don't like scrolling announcements... I'm posting large texts of announcements and I want the member of the forum will see it in a topic.

Please help me with this. I'll really appreciate it.

If your talking about global announcements,then it's not possible at the moment,sorry.

But it has been suggested in the suggestion section of forumotion,btw.
