Modify the points field and rep field for members?

Ok, me and a very nice fellow staff member of my forum were discussing about how to subtract/add points and rep on another members' profile. So we ended up making new fields for them, but it was so confusing because we make it so that the members wouldn't see the non made points and rep field because we could add them to the total points onto the profile field that is made, but ended up confusing each other...

so the most simple way is...How do you modify the rep and points field for a member? Because we have a pet forum and they need to buy these "bars" but we first need to know how to subtract points for that. Please help as it is complicated for us!

Admin Panel>>Modules Tab>>Points donation>>Write the name of the user and add - or + of the points>>Save

What about rep? and subtracting points?

edit: is subtracting points points donation except not +1 but -1?

rep points are the same as normal points. What are you really asking for?

Reputation. Subtracting and adding reputation manually. (Because our Reputation field is called "Luck") but if theirs no way to do that, I'll just deactivate rep

Actually, the reputation field were you vote eachothers posts either a + or a - and it adds or subtracts a rep point. Thats the one were looking for (im the other staff member).

Unfortunately there is no way to mass add or subtract it like you can with points. However...you can just make use of the profiles under users and groups to create a luck field where you can subtract or add as much as you want, just make sure the type is text field. Unless you want to just keep clicking negative on a user's post to decrease it...

Well, we could just try to get a number bar or something for points.
