can i have like a top ten reputation/points widget or option on my forum (http://heavensealuchiha.forumotion.net) if so the how???

Well, you have to do it manually. No automatic way of doing it. Also, if there are a lot of members on your forum its difficult to manage it by checking everyone's points.

Top poster is a widget. Just drag the top poster widget to the left or right of the forum content.
