How do I "host" a video from my computer?

In my forum I set up a section where you can post videos you've made. But for some reason I am only able to post videos from websites like youtube and google video. I would like to know how to "host"(that's what forummotion has it said for pictures) from places like Windows Movie Maker, this way if a member of my forum doesn't have any of their own videos anywhere on the internet they can post it straight from their computer like they can pictures.
So if you can help me please do.

Forumotion doesnt host video uloading, you must upload with youtube, etc.
and then place the embed code on your forum or the url.
