How to detect a certain person

My Question is, How to detect a certain member who are modifying your profile

Example are:
I'm the Admin then one of the Mods change my Warning Level Bar, How can I detect that person? even though I go to Admin Panel>>General>>Security>>Administration or Moderation I can't see that I change someone's Warning Level Bar

And 1 more thing
Is there anything I can do so that only Moderators can PM the Admin ( PM and not Contact Form )

I believe you can't if the security page didn't show it.

No, you can't make it so only the Moderators can PM The Admin, from my knowledge.

If thats the case then how can we BAN this people who can always Trick you?
