Forum ICON problem

Hiya Guy's & Gal's I am a little new to all this so please be gentle with me and apologies if it's in the wrong place. I have created my forum and now I want to change the forum icons which I have managed to do. but it changed all of them ? but what I want to do is have a different icon for each forum, I have searched on here but I can't seem to find the answer ? can anyone advise me or point me in the right direction?

goto the forum you wish, and add the url of the image in the little tiny box above the description

If I do that then all the Icons are changed, I want a different Icon in each forum for example on my home page there are several forums so if X forum is a Car then I want Y forum to be a monkey for example I will pm you my site url and you will see what I mean

Kinko is correct. When you go into Forums & Categories you will need to click (Modify) and where you see Image URL: place the image you want to show>>save

Then you will do this for all the forums
