*Go to Administration Panel.
*Select Advanced Settings.
*Select modules from the top list.
*Scroll down to the left list and click on "Chat box" configuration.
*Select Activate Chat box to Yes.
*Select where should it be showed from below.
OR
If you want to get a shout box:
*Go to www.myshoutbox.com and register and get the Box id.
