Hi Thunderboyx,
To allow a guest to post on your forum,you'll have to modify the forum's permissions.

Administration Panel=>General Tab=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Choose forum=>Permissions Tab=>Mark the fields so that guests can View and read and Write and reply => Save
