that is the link to the phpBB mod section, and yeah, this would be a fantastic thing for my forum, seeing as it is based using clans.

its supposed to be easy, but it uses SQl, which i barely know

so yeah, if your techiez could whip this up, itd be great

I have never been a fan of that MOD.

However I do not believe that editboard uses other codes, other then what they code themselfs.

I vote yes, only because:
    1) You said: "Whip this up" meaning make their own.
    2) It would be a okey idea for some forums.
