Glass NavBar

This is my first try at a NavBar and I messed up the last button. I will try another one later this week.

I don't like the font much and I think they have too much height. The login button is pixelized.

Tips:
-Make the buttons a little smaller. Preferably all the same size.
-Change the drop shadow's opacity.
-Make the font a little smaller.

That's pretty much all. Don't worry, you'll get better.

I don't like the font at all. The Log out button is darker than the rest. Besides, Log IN and Log OUT have a different size [from the other buttons]. Could be good but it's messed up... You should have done better. 4/10

Fix the Login button, resize it into half of its dimension. Get rid of the outter glow in the wordings...

Then it'll look a tad better.

I fully agree with TanMan. Also, when they are used on a forum, they words look like they are exactly beside each other with only a small space between them - so, what I mean is that when the navbar is used, the navbar altogether looks like a long line of words put together.
