how to add log out button?

well i want to know that how can i logout from my forum.
cuz on my current theme there is no button for logout, i can add the button from the panel but which address will i redirect it?
please explain to me hot to do this, cuz its really important now

i dont know if the rule permits or not to post my forum address here, so i m not posting it now, if anyone need to look at that please tell me can i give it here or i will give it through pm.
