Signature Not Showing

One of our members' signature is not showing. I have checked that the Always attach signature option is checked and also that Allow Signatures option is set to All Members but still nothing.

It's not the image itself I dont think as I cant even type her name in have that show. The contents of the box (i.e. image code) does save and is still there when you refresh the page, but nothing showing on posts?

Any ideas? Thanks
