The problem of & making new topics ????

I am Admin for my forum and when you open a new topic has no icon (image host,image ,code tag ,link,quote ,video,flash....) .
To my members and I have no.
Moderators have the icon .
I have no.How to solve ????'
Please help me !!!!

That is impossible because you as admin have moderator permissions.

Problem solved ...deinstall java ...its ok
