Hi
I know this is proberly pretty simple, but I am not to sure how to make users hidden

Users can elect to make themselves hidden via their profiles but if you want to make them hidden follow this:
Admin Panel --> Users and Groups --> Search Users
Find the users you want to make hidden and adjust their profile accordingly.

Also, users can make themselves hidden by themselves by just going to the Preferences tab in their profile.
