    so what is the difference between closed and hidden groups. i'm trying to choose the correct one for my moderators group and admin group and not sure which to choose...

    closed group means you are not taking and requests to be able to join the group.

    Hidden group means that members cant see the group, it wont be in the legend, and also the members of that group wont get the specified color if its hidden
