registration page? HELP!! Empty registration page? HELP!!

Hi, i need to find out how to make the first page a registration page with no viewable forums. this will ensure that only members can read any informational topics. Please help

There isn't a way unless you make a group and set the permissions in the Categories & Forums.

What you could do is make a portal and put the 'login' widget in it.
Then go to ur admin panel-->Display--> Headers & Navigation. You can then set the permissions so that only members can see the forum tab up the top. This will stop Guests seeing the forum tab and will alllow members to see it.
