Forum Background and Portal? Help!

Whenever I put on my forum backgorund, it does not show up on the whole page. It just shows up in the middle. Please help me!
Also, The Portal button wont show up on the forums! How do you get it to show up?

Hello,

To make your background show in whole page put this code in Admin CP > Display > COlors > CSS.

Code:

body {
background-repeat : repeat;
}

To show portal button go to Admin CP > Modules > Portal Management > Show Portal : Yes.
