Post by OneFIFTYOne August 13th 2009, 9:41 pm

My forum is http://www.redtigerelites.net

One of my users "RTE PaiNxKiLLeR" can not make changes to any of the options under the 'INFORMATION' tab in the 'PREFERENCES.'

I'm not sure how to fix his issues. Any help would be appreciated...

thanks

I don't know how that would resolve the issue? Making a new account?
He can do that himself.

I want to save his existing account because hes got over 300 posts on the forums and has been a member for quite some time.

you can always change what ever he wants for him in his profile from the admin panel.
what information is he trying to change.
you may have the forums setting so members can not change the info.
such as user names or email address?

i know i do not allow member to be able to change that on my forums.
but you don't have to have it set like that. if you do and that's what he is trying to change?

so what is it he wants to change?
