New Topic Scrolling Problem Empty New Topic Scrolling Problem

I am trying to do a post on my forum, and it is kinda long. I have to scroll down to view the bottom. Well I cna scrol down, but once I start typing it zapps up to the top so I can't see what I'm typing, and I cant highlight the stuff at the bottom. Can it be fixed?
