I give up....please help!

Okay, I am managing to navigate my forum pretty well.....however, I have yet to figure out one thing. And I am quite sure that it is either something very simple, or it is not a feature offered. I would like for each & every post and/or reply that is made on my forum (by all members) to be delivered to members in their in-box. Can someone please guide me in how I can change the settings to allow this? Thanks, I truly appreciate anyone's ideas, or knowledge!

I don't know if thats possible. They CAN receive an e-mail for every response that is made.

Currently, there are no e-mails sent to any of my members (including myself) when a post or reply is made.

All members must allow it. Profile --> preferences --> allow newsletters --> Yes

and profile --> preferences --> notify me of a reply --> yes

Members can also watch topics to be alerted.

That is what I thought, every single member, including myself has "yes" for both newsletters & notify of reply. And I just double checked them all for each member again to make sure. That is why I say "I give up".....I just cannot figure out for the life of me what is the problem. Anyone else have any ideas?
