Gallery not working at all Empty Gallery not working at all

I have never been able to get my gallery working at all yet.
When you go to my site: www.apptitude.help-out.net no link is active when you hover with the mouse over the gallery? Have no idea why this, all my setting say to make it available.
Any ideas?
