With or without animation : Can if possible, font text should blink on some icons

First of all let me know if anything in my forum is copyright protected in any way especially with the logo, let me know right way and I will take action and remove it because I did like to follow the rules here.

As for my requests, I want to use the icons from here but from my understanding it's copyrighted so I can't use it. (solved icon).

This is what I want with creative so it does not copy the icon from here.
"Solved" icon-green
"Warning" icon- red
"Update icon"-light blue to match the forum. Font text should blink, so they can be notify of new updates.(If possible)
"New"icon- any color you see fit.( font text should blink, if possible)
