ive been banned from my own forum

I just tried to enter my own forum today when i saw this

Critical Information

You have been banned from this forum.

The thing is, i created the forum, how can i be banned from it? There is no way for me to log in with the admin account. There are only 2 other administrators in the forum and i highly doubt they will ban me since im the only one who knows how to use the admin panel (I have 2 accounts, main admin account and a seperate one where i can use my own name)

Hello,

Don't worry, your 2 other admins are not able to touch your account, only the founder can do that Wink

Please go to: https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
and login with the utilities password that you had set at creation of your forum.

Now, scroll down to "In case of error on (your forum address)"
Connect yourself to the founding administrative account from there, using the normal forum password..

Darren i've been trying to use that to get into my forum.....i've been locked out too...but it won't accept anything i put in...it's like i'm not a member anymore Embarassed

I'm sorry..i didn't mean to hikack this thread.....since it's almost the same problem..i'll start a new thread if you need me to??

okay thanks, i reset the ban (it was a tool i found instead of doing what you told me).

But why was i banned in the first place anyway?

Yea, resetting the ban is eaiser but my way you can gain more experience of the utilities...lolz
