how do i change forum/catagorys?

Hi there people im kinda new to all this really what i wuld like on my forum if at all possible is like an option header no so its like a catergory

for example
-----------------------------Applications------------------------------------------
Then here would be a list
*new apps
*old apps

but instead it appears like this i have also taken a picture of what i would like it to look like as well in the ss below:

Also does any1 know free flash banner making site? where it does not put logo or no advertisement on it?

You could make a flash logo yourself, then upload it to a site and link off of it onto your forum, I don't believe this forum allows you to upload flash directly.

However if you want, I can try to make one for you. I use flash 8 and i'm not that good but i can give it a shot.
