At the bottom of the page in the footer it says "report an abuse" or https://help.forumotion.com/rules-important-points-f10/complaint-against-a-forum-how-to-t12330.htm

It is highly recommended that you contact the administrator of the forum that you would like to report and ask them to remove whatever is breaking the Terms of Service before you actually report them, Wink

Solved Report an abuse

I like to report an abuse about this dragontooth forum, because these lazy adminstrators and moderators won't allow me to register for a new account. I have no clue and don't know what to do with this guy. If you are the adminstrators or moderators, how to solve the problem?

Theres no Reason to report the Forum, It is the Owners choice to Close down his forum.

Yes as Kinko said there is no reason to report a forum for not allowing members its their own choice if they want to stop new members.
