BBcode Image link not working

I've got a code...

Code:

[url=http://steamprofile.com][img]http://steamprofile.com/profile/default/spimage.php?id=phantomkhaos[/img][/url]

That will just not work on my forum. It's driving me insane. It works on other forums that I post on but not my own, lol.

It just keeps popping up like this...




Anyone know what the deal is?

True, it has no image file extension. So explain to me why it works on other places like myspace, vbulletin boards, etc.

I am trying to add this to my sig, but for some god forsaken reason it just won't work, lol
