How to upload C++ and/or Javascript from computer to website

Hi, I was thinking of creating my own javascript and visual basic and add it to my website. But I dont know how to upload it into my website. Is it even possible? Do I have to upload it somewhere first, then direct it to my website? (I want to create a table that can sort the columns, like a statistic board with the names, points, etc. because the stats change every week, and it takes a while for me to update it into my excel, then copy and paste it).
