BackGround Not Showing Up

I added a new background to my site but the background dosen't show up. Why is it not showing?

Try adding it with CSS.
GO to Admin CP >Display > Colors > CSS
Add this code there adn submit..

background : url(IMAGE URL HERE) repeat;
}
