Also, try hitting Xhtml button at the top left hand side & then try doing it.

Do you face problems while posting a post?

Did you hit that html button & then tried with that XHtml button displayed.

Post by Sanket August 22nd 2009, 8:24 pm

thanks apeman for clarifying.

xxtop, i am registered on the site with the account test.

Also, when i was registering, you had a obligatory profile field asking for my password. Users might write their password in their, it seems you have purposely done that. So that you could access people's accounts using their own password. Since the field, wont be displayed, you can just use the password.

I am sorry, but i don't feel like providing support at the moment looking at this state of affairs at the forum.

Remove those fields, or else i am going to report your forum for invading users privacy.

Well, what do you really mean you didn't know it was illegal?
Can you tell me for what were those profile fields up there?

I don't think that's a great idea...

Your forum will be known as a phishing forum. If the members lost their passwords, just activate "password recovery" on your forum.

ACP=>General Tab=>Forum=>Security=>Security Administration=>Disallow "Send by email a new password" to administrators and moderators=>No=>Save

Also, since you deleted the extra profile field, did you add any scripts into forum's description? That might cause the problem on WYSIWYG mode.
