annoucements and stickies

Hello (: I have a problem in my forum. The moderators can't make some annoucements and stickies. Can you help me?

Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font

So you are saying moderators dont see post topic as: Normal Sticky Announcement at the bottom of where you type the message.

Do this,
General>Categories and Forums>Configuration
Click on the forums, permissions tab
Check the permissions for the moderator group.
Create an announce:
Create a sticky message
