A hello/welcome message

I was browsing some forums, and on the homepage message or portal it would say "Hello, Guest. Register Or Log In" and If I logged in, It would then say "Hello, [User]! You last visited [site] at [time] and currently have made [#] posts."

Is there a code for this?

Hmm, it didn't seem to work. I'm using PHPBB3, I added the code to the CSS Stylesheet and it didnt do anything.

You don't add these codes to the CSS

Go to: Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Homepage / Generalities > Homepage message
