Can't log in to back up

Hi

I could do with backing up as some one's deleted a part of our forum, but I can't log in to back up. I set up the forum but I get the message 'the login & password are wrong'

I've tried logging in with the email address & the forum address. Using the email I first received when opening the forum I've reset the password. I read that using the same password as I have now won't work.

I'm not to sure what else I can try to access the back up file. Thank you for any help ........joy
