They donate you credits, and you can use them at 'Misc,' the latest tap.

When a user donate you, it donate you money, and Forumotion like to have money, so they make credits of it, so you can't use it for anything else.
In the tab 'Misc' (Admin panel, advanced activated) you'll came in a place. Just choose 'spend credits' and choose something you like

well maybe not , because moderator is a human , so they will mistook as the topic as locked . so if the topic is not put solved , the moderator will come and look inside , and see if the messages are legal , not racist and more
