First of all I have to ask you what the hell have you done with your homepage?

I see a forum inside a forum and whats worse is that the framed forum has SID info and a link to your admin panel.
A clevel hacker can enter the site with one hand tied behind his back!

you need to fix your portal or html page ... IDK

your header will resize automatically, but if you want to keep it as it is the size is about 150 pixels high...

the link to the admin panel is at he bottom...
the weird thing is now that not only you...
but everyone can see the link...

though of course i cant enter the admin cp without being an admin on your forum

I suggest reseting your portal
delete portal and reactivate.

if its not the portal go to your html pages and see is there is any html pages there.
your forum has been iframed somehow.
It could be a bug, and it could be a singular event that techies need to fix
