How will i create another page in my forums?

i would like to put a page of uploading files.

1. Go to Acp => Display => Headers & Navigation => Scroll down => Find a small button that said add a menu.

After it, you will need some text, now:

Go to ACP => Modules => Scroll down and find the HMTL => Click and bam => select the page => Start writing

After click save,

admin panel --> modules --> HTML page management --> create new HTML page.

EDIT: I just now realized this was in GD. we are technically not allowed to give support here. Notice it says No Support here!

Its complicated b/c you can't use BB code. search HTML on wikipedia or something...there's a lot to understand.
