Cursor

I followed the tutorial, and tried a few codes, but the cursor has remained unchanged. I wouldn't know if the cursor's visible on IE, since I don't use it, and everytime I type in my forum's address, it switches me on Firefox. But the cursor's not visible on Opera nor Firefox.
Any thoughts about it?
