Solved Forum Deleted

Someone deleted my forum,or changed the adress .. now i dont now what to do.. i'v got this: https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ - But i dont now on what e-mail adress i did create the forum,so can u tell me on what adress i did create forum? The adress of my forum is www.cg-gamers.darkbb.com
