Changing Default Email Address

All my emails (except newsletters) uses board@forumotion.com as the "from" address. How do I get it to go to my address?

I know the basic:

Administration Panel > General > Messages and Emails >

Then put an email address in the box marked "Admin Email Address".

I did that and still board@forumotion.com shows up in my emails as the "from" address.

Just to add, I paid for a custom domain.
