PM Button missing

The PM Buttons on our site keep going missing can anyone give me advice please. I have checked in Admin and all boxes are ticked.

Maybe you hid it in Pics Management

Go to Display - > pictures and colors -> pics management -> Buttons -> search for the PM button and check if its isn't hidden!!

I have followed your advice and the PM Button is in there OK. What is happening is when a PM comes into a box then the button goes missing. Not all members are receiving the pop up box although it's ticked in Admin.

Any advice on this please?

It sounds as theough you only have a button in for no new PMs, but none for "New Pm".

Just add a button for "New PMs", and it should work out.

We have been open nearly a year and it has always worked before, so it's a puzzle

did you use a public hosting site (tinypic, photobucket, etc) to host your "New Pm" image button? Or is it just text? If it's an image, the hosting site could've deleted it during a clean up.
